OUR MISSION:
To stabilize the lives of people in their time of need with shelter, food, clothing and access to life changing support services that provide hope for a better future.
HOUSING
The housing programs address the needs of the homeless or at-risk homeless through emergency shelter, permanent housing and rental assistance.
Housing Placement
Assist TANF eligible families in transitioning to permanent housing. Includes security deposits and or first month rent and case management.
Rental Assistance
Addresses the one-time emergency financial needs of families and individuals that face eviction or cannot otherwise afford a home.
Ho`olanani
A 15-bed emergency shelter for women and children. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Check in between 4:30 – 6:30pm and exit by 7:45am. Overnight stay includes a bed, a shower and a hot meal.

Food Bags & Clothing
Every Wednesday 10 am – 12 pm. Unsheltered households may pick up every Wednesday. Sheltered households may pick up the last Wednesday of the month.
Meals
3rd Saturday of every month. Outreach luncheon and haircut services at 12 noon. Haircuts are provided by skilled volunteers. On occasion their services may not be available.

Afternoon Meal
A study of the Word is offered at 3pm.
May come for a meal only or both.

OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT
Outreach workers make viable contact with homeless individuals and families to connect them with resources and basic necessities such as food and clothing. The overall goal is to provide outreach, case management, crisis intervention, transportation and links to healthcare including mental health services, housing services and other social service programs. Outreach workers assist in resolving problems related to homelessness.
Representative Payee Services
Provides timely fi nancial management assistance on behalf of those persons who receive Social Security payments who cannot manage his/her fi nances.
Recovery With Hope
Group and individual therapy for women suffering from substance abuse. Treatment is focused on harm reduction.
Senior Companion
FLC serves as the host agency for the Senior Companion Program. Senior Companions provide support to help home-bound older neighbors remain independent as long as possible… and/or provide respite to their families.
